Evolution from Telco to Techno

Therefore, 2022 will be a critical year for the Telcos presenting a unique opportunity to fundamentally reimagine their business operations and business models or, alternatively, risk another decade of revenue and profitability decline.

The next generation of Telcos will be defined by leaders who act now and risk short-term incumbency advantages to seize untapped opportunities that can propel future growth.

Being an enabler of network connectivity already, which has become extremely critical in a post Covid scenario, Telcos are looking to provide customised and innovative digital solutions to enterprises that offer full-fledged Tech and Telecom services and solutions on a platform.

Telcos are trying to go beyond their standard connectivity offerings and are consciously making an effort to become a technology player compared with just being a telco player.
